The Tech Trainer

I have a Masters in Elementary Ed with a specialization in Educational Technology from The Colorado College. My B.A. is in Communications from the University of Colorado. In my former life (before teaching) I was a Paralegal and co-owned an audio/video production business for continuing education programs. I’ve been a landlord, a competitive swimmer, a Girl Scout Leader, a ballerina, and a temporary secretary.

My interests: teaching, my son and his fiance’, travel, mentoring, coaching, professional development, amateur web design, green/eco housing, reading, blogs, cooking, mountain biking, weight training, gadgets, dancing, health & fitness, podiobooks and podcasts, science fiction, personal and spiritual growth, coffee, gardening, and of course, spending as much time as possible with family and friends instead of living in front of this screen. Short answer = I enjoy all things geeky, teachy, or gadget-related.
